  • How collaboration works

With patient consent, I am happy to - receive a short referral note from you with diagnosis, current treatment and specific concerns - send brief feedback after the initial assessment, with my focus areas and any red flags - provide short progress updates if needed, especially around sleep, adherence and coping - alert you quickly if I see symptoms that require medical or psychiatric re evaluation Your medical treatment remains central. My role is to reinforce it, translate it into daily life.

  • What I do not do

To keep roles clear and safe, I: - do not prescribe or advise on medication - do not provide psychotherapy in the legal sense of the Luxembourg psychotherapist authorisation - do not offer crisis or emergency interventions When I identify severe depression, trauma, psychosis, high suicide risk or complex personality difficulties, I will recommend referral to a psychiatrist or authorised psychotherapist and will support that transition.
