If you are not sure which of these you need, book the introductory call. That is what it is for, it is free, and it commits you to nothing. Book here

Before you book

Cancellation. Free up to 48 hours before. Later than that, or a missed appointment, is charged in full so the time can be offered to someone else, not to penalise you for a difficult week.
Payment. Due at booking, at the session, or on invoice. The price shown is the total you pay.
Insurance. Not reimbursed by the CNS or Luxembourg health insurance funds. Some private and international insurers do reimburse counselling; check before booking and I will provide an invoice.
Online sessions. Held over Microsoft Teams. You will need a private space and a stable connection.
