A Science-Based, Personalised Approach to Mental Well-being
My work is rooted in a Biopsychosocial approach, meaning I consider the complex connection between the mind, body, and environment when working with clients. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), evidence-based psychology, and holistic lifestyle factors into my practice, helping individuals build sustainable mental resilience.
As the host of the Mind Matters podcast, I explore scientific insights, psychological biases, and cognitive strategies that impact daily life. I believe in bridging academic research with practical, actionable tools, making psychology accessible and applicable to real-world challenges.
My Psychology
✔ Collaborative & Client-Centered: Therapy is a partnership. I work with clients to co-create goals and strategies that fit their unique needs and lifestyles.
✔ Evidence-Based & Practical: I prioritize scientifically backed techniques, ensuring that every session is solution-oriented and grounded in proven psychological research.
✔ Holistic & Adaptive: Mental health doesn’t exist in isolation. I consider the role of nutrition, movement, sleep, and social connections in emotional resilience.
✔ Strength-Based & Empowering: My goal is to help individuals develop self-awareness and long-term skills to manage challenges independently.
