I collaborate with GPs, specialists and clinics in Luxembourg to provide psychology based counselling for patients who struggle with sleep, stress, digital habits, grief or menopause related changes. My work supports, and never replaces, your medical treatment. What does it mean

You know your patients best. I work alongside you to support the psychological and behavioural side of their care, especially where stress, sleep, digital habits and life transitions are getting in the way of recovery.
I offer psychology based counselling and psychoeducation that is structured, time limited and always aligned with your medical plan.

Typical referrals include patients who:
struggle with sleep
behavioural addictions (e.g. smartphone, food)
live with chronic conditions (for example diabetes, peri or post menopause)
show early signs of burnout
emotional exhaustion
irritability related to workload or caregiving
navigating grief, separation, relocation or other life transitions that complicate treatment adherence​

How does it work?
What I offer your patients
All consultations are grounded in clinical and applied psychology and use evidence informed tools, for example:
sleep and circadian rhythm consultations (light exposure, routines, digital hygiene, realistic behaviour change)
grief and life transition support with narrative and emotion focused methods
menopause and midlife counselling that combines psychoeducation, coping strategies and behaviour planning
stress and burnout focussed counselling, including cognitive strategies, VR supported relaxation and micro recovery tools
digital detox plans, tailored to students, young adults, creatives or executives
Patients receive clear, written action points after sessions, so they know exactly what to practice between contacts with you.
How collaboration works
With patient consent, I am happy to:
receive a short referral note from you with diagnosis, current treatment and specific concerns
send brief feedback after the initial assessment, with my focus areas and any red flags
provide short progress updates if needed, especially around sleep, adherence and coping
alert you quickly if I see symptoms that require medical or psychiatric re evaluation
Your medical treatment remains central. My role is to reinforce it, translate it into daily life and help patients build habits that make your work more effective.
What I do not do
To keep roles clear and safe, I:
do not prescribe or advise on medication
do not provide psychotherapy in the legal sense of psychotherapist authorisation
do not offer crisis or emergency interventions
When I identify severe depression, trauma, psychosis, high suicide risk or complex personality difficulties, I will recommend referral to a psychiatrist or authorised psychotherapist and will support that transition.

I am a psychologist based in Luxembourg with a passion for helping people build emotional resilience and navigate personal and relationship challenges. With a background in Applied Psychology (candidate in Clinical Psychology) , I put a strong focus on cognitive strategies and well-being, I provide individual counseling, couples support, and teen counseling to help you find balance and confidence in your life.​
