Supporting Your Mental Well-being in Luxembourg

Services

1

Grief & Life Transition Support

Consultations for individuals experiencing grief or major life transitions (e.g., death of a loved one, divorce, relocation). Sessions offer a compassionate space to explore feelings, navigate uncertainty, and build emotional resilience. Using integrative approaches—drawing from cognitive, narrative, and emotion-focused therapies.

Use cases: for individuals experiencing grief, loss, or major life transitions for emotional healing and adaptive coping.

2

Personalized Menopause or Life-Stage Support

Structured consultations for women navigating midlife transitions, helping them understand emotional and cognitive changes and introducing evidence-informed coping strategies.

Use cases:  for women navigating midlife transitions and introducing evidence-informed coping strategies.

3

VR for Stress Reduction & Emotional Regulation

Consultations that integrate guided VR environments for relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional decompression. Using scientifically-backed VR scenarios (e.g., nature immersion, breathwork guides, forest walks) as a tool for teaching emotional self-regulation.

Use cases: anxiety-prone clients, high-stress professionals, or grief-related emotional dysregulation.

4

VR Exposure to Positive Scenarios (Non-Clinical)

VR is used to guide clients through "practice" in safe environments like public speaking, social interactions, or decision-making scenarios. Helping people mentally rehearse and reflect on performance and emotional response.

Important: This is not systematic desensitization or exposure therapy.

5

VR-Based Psychoeducation Experiences

Experience immersive educational sessions using VR to teach about brain function, emotional states, or stress responses. Explore a "walk through the brain" or visualize how the autonomic nervous system reacts under stress.

Use cases: schools, HR wellness programs, or curious clients who learn better visually.

6

Goal-Focused Consultations

Brief, forward-focused sessions to help individuals identify personal strengths, clarify goals, and build immediate small, meaningful steps toward positive change. These sessions focus on what’s working, what’s possible, and how clients can use their own resources to move forward.

Use cases:  for specific challenge or decision (e.g., career, parenting, life changes).

Notes on Adaptations for Grief Support

  • Narrative-Based Grief Coaching: Helps clients shape their grief stories in empowering ways. Using techniques from narrative psychology, I support clients in reframing their experience, honoring memory, and building meaning after loss.

  • Grief Psychoeducation & Emotional Regulation: Provides sessions on what grief looks like psychologically, emotionally, and physically. Teaches emotion regulation tools and guide clients to identify what phase of grief they’re in, without diagnosing.

  • Digital Legacy & Modern Grief Conversations: Helps people reflect on digital grief—loss in the era of social media, online memorials, and digital closure. This is especially relevant for younger clients or cross-cultural audiences.

  • Ritual & Resilience Planning (Non-Religious): Guides clients through creating their own symbolic or daily rituals to honor loss, while building emotional resilience. This draws from positive psychology, behavioral science, and mental fitness techniques.
